She’s finally here! My new single ‘Dying 2 Get 2 U’ is available now to stream and download, across all major online platforms.

I'm really proud of this one - it's a big change in musical direction and a really personal track, my first release after a long period of writer's block.

For me, ‘Dying 2 Get 2 U’ is an exploration of the feelings that we experience when we can’t protect others. A rumination on those who went before us – the family member who unexpectedly passed away alone, the friend who committed suicide - we are often left with feelings of sadness and guilt, and pulled in contrasting emotional directions - a fear of the inevitability of death, and yet hope that it might eventually bring us closer to the ones we love and miss, grateful for our time together but greedy for more. Was there anything we could have done differently that might have changed the outcome?

Massive thanks to all involved - my lovely band and everyone who has worked on it behind the scenes. You've all helped to make it sound absolutely lush!
